Meet Arlo! Arlo is a sweet and gentle 4 1/2 year old Goldendoodle. He has a heart of gold, and is just looking for his new loving forever home. This handsome guy weighs around 45 pounds - just take a look at his beautiful, wavy coat! Arlo came into our care as his previous family had young children with another on the way and knew Arlo deserved more 1:1 attention & time then they were able to offer him.

He absolutely adores people and thrives on companionship. He's a true cuddle bug who just loves to be by your side, whether relaxing inside or enjoying time outside - he wants to be a part of it all! As you probably see in his pictures, Arlo is quite intelligent, and already knows several commands - and is eager to learn more. He was used to be kenneled while his family was away from home. 

While Arlo is a great loyal companion for adults, he has shown that he isn't as comfortable around young children which has historically caused stress and inappropriate urinating. For this reason, we're looking for an adult-only home or one where the children in the home are older. He would thrive with a family who can provide him with a consistent routine, plenty of exercise, and lots of love and attention of course. 

Arlo would make an excellent companion for an individual, a couple, or a family with older children who understand a dog's need for personal space. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate, and intelligent best friend to join your adventures, Arlo might just be the perfect match! He has been brought up-to-date on his vaccinations, was previously neutered, has been microchipped, and has been receiving monthly flea/tick & heartworm preventatives.
